I used the popmoney feature to request money. My contact isn't getting the text. I tried twice.

We’re sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a transfer online, Natasha. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
As there are a variety of reasons that could cause a delay in receiving a transfer you initiated online, we recommend reaching out to our Tech Support Specialists directly. They are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
You are also able to visit any TD Store or send a secure message for help. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
