Hi there Juliara,
Good to see you this evening and thanks for stopping by with your question.
We apologize for any confusion about your deposit. There are a few reasons why a check may be held for longer than one business day. Most checks deposited prior to 8:00 pm are available the next banking day. If your deposit wasn't made available and is pending review, this could happen in the instance of a larger check, or if you are a new account holder, for example. If your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, check deposits can be held for up to 7 business days for verification purposes. Kindly also note that weekends are not considered business days, so funds will not become available from a weekend deposit until the next business day has closed during the week.
To read more about funds availability and deposits that can be applied for additional verification, please see our Personal Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38 - 41, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Although we can't take a look at your deposit from here, if you would prefer more specific information regarding this item, you are welcome to call our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and upon account verification, a Specialist will be able to help further.
You can also inquire about your account by sending us a Secure Message via Online Banking, if you are enrolled. To send a secure online message, please sign into your account and click on the Customer Service tab, then select Send a Message. Or, please feel free to visit any local TD Bank Store for assistance, our locations near you can be found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps a bit, Juliara!
Just click 'Reply' to chat with us about any other questions and have a great Saturday night.

We're glad you wrote us back, Juliara – that's why we're here and we're sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your account right now.
If there is an issue with your account rather than just with the deposit, we would suggest following any instructions provided to you when you called in. Any steps you may have to take would depend on the issue specifically, and we apologize that we're not able to review your account from here to determine what that might be.
In general, we recommend that you visit your home TD Bank Store during lobby hours to discuss the situation in person as this is frequently the best way to resolve any issue. You can find a listing of our Stores and hours on this page: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We wish you good luck with this, Juliara and we'll talk to you soon.
