They did convert to USD but the bank said that it is denied because we need to prove the money origin/root. How can I do that? My friend's parents don't need to do that when they transfer for him. Why I cannot receive my money?

How can I connect to the Financial Institution? And does the money still in progress if the time zone is different? 8:30AM to 6PM in my hometown is night to early morning.

As mentioned above, please reach out to our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000 during the times of Monday thru Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm. Once we verify you over the phone, a Specialist will be happy to reach out to our Wire Department to verify the status of your wire. Please understand we process funds from wire transfers on the day they're received.
We also encourage you to connect with the sending financial institution by calling their Representatives for additional information.
