Good afternoon James. Thanks for reaching out to us.
Please rest assured that we do not charge a fee to transfer funds between your accounts with TD Bank. The ability to quickly move funds between your accounts through phone or online transfers is one of the many benefits of having your accounts with us.
The only exception of this is would be transfers and payments out of savings and money market accounts. For an interest-bearing Savings or Money Market account, please be advised that because of Regulation D, a Government regulation which places limitations on the number of monthly transactions that can be made from a Money Market and/or Savings Account, you are limited to six total electronic debit transactions per statement cycle. Please note that Customers who make more than six of these transactions during the statement cycle may be assessed a fee. Please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule. Checking account transfers are unlimited.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we are unable to access Customer accounts. So that we can review the transaction or fee and provide an explanation, we ask that you please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
We look forward to hearing from you soon so that we can help resolve this. Have a great day, James.
