If you prefer and you are enrolled for our Online Banking service you may send us a Secure Message so that we can review your check order further. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
