Could you please explain how we can know what the 'last day of the statement cycle' actually is? With this information we customers may avoid these fees if we deposit enough back into our 'convenience checking' accounts to exceed $100.00 before that date. Correct?

Also, statement cycle ending date varies depending on the account opening date. If you wish to confirm the statement cycle ending date for your particular TD Convenience Checking account, please feel free to reach out to our 24/7 Banking Specialists directly at 888-751-9000. After account verification, they will be happy to respond. Can I be charged multiple times in a month or is it a 1 time fee?

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Justin. We'd be glad to clarify.
As we mention in our original reply, maintenance fees are assessed when your daily minimum balance is not maintained. You will see this onetime fee applied to your account on the last day of your statement cycle.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our Specialists using any of the contact methods mentioned above.
Thanks again for reaching out, Justin and have a good day.

So even if we go below the $100 minimum balance more than once per month, we will only be charged $15 once for that month? Or will another $15 be charged the next month for missing the minimum balance more than once the previous month? As the account details state, the "monthly" fee is $15. It does not say the conditions of this fee if you miss more than once in a month.

Thank you for joining our conversations here, Mike.
The minimum daily balance requirement for a TD Convenience Checking account is $100.00 and must be maintained at all times to avoid a maintenance fee. If the account falls below the minimum daily balance at any point during the statement cycle, it will incur a maintenance fee of $15.00. The charge posts one time on the last day of your statement cycle.
Hope this helps and have a great weekend, Mike!
