Today I was charged $4 with transaction name "Maintenance Fee", which should be $0, as far as I have TD Student Checking account type. I ask for an explanation and refund. Also I want to make sure that it will not happen again.

Most of our accounts have minimum daily balance requirements. If the balance requirements are not met, monthly maintenance fees are assessed at the end of your statement cycle date. As you mentioned you have a Student Checking account, we would need to review this in further detail with you directly.
