Hi Kathy. Thanks for stopping by TD Helps with your inquiry!
It sounds like you may have a credit card account with us and received your bill by mail. If your account was previously set for paperless billing and you've begun receiving them by mail, we'd like to review your account.
As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information review your settings, but please give our Credit Card Customer Service Team a call 24/7 at 888-561-8861 or stop in to see us at a local TD Bank Store. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc. We'd be glad to review your settings to see what may have caused this change.
If we misunderstood and this is actually in regard to your bank account statement, you can update your statement settings online by logging into your online banking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, select the 'Customer Service' tab and click the hyperlink for your Online Statement Settings. On this page, select the Online Statements option and select the email address where you wish to have your statement alerts sent. Review the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and hardware and software requirements and check the boxes indicating that you meet our system requirements. Now click Save Changes and you'll be all set.
If you have any trouble, give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc..
We hope you're having a great day, Kathy!
