Thanks for visiting us on TD Helps, Jeffrey.
Please understand, on some of our accounts, there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid a monthly maintenance fee. For these accounts, if the account happens to fall below the required minimum balance, a maintenance fee can be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle. This may be the cause of the fee listed on your account. Since you mentioned that you have a Savings account, you may want to take a look at our current Savings products which are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. If you can identify the type of account you have, you'll be able to find out more about any balance requirements that may apply for your account.
Because we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum, we otherwise encourage you to contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist would be happy to review your account with you.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of sending a Secured Message through Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in Online Banking and would like to be, please click here to begin: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click on the "Customer Service" tab and then select "Send a Message." You may also visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours for assistance as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find location near you.
Have a nice day!
