I get an error message saying, "Gateway Error: This Transaction is Declined". I have all the right information I don't understand why it is being declined.

Please understand, although we'd like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. If this transaction is being attempted with a TD Bank Visa/ATM debit card, we ask that you contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, we'll be able to advise you of the cause of the decline on your debit card.
If it is your TD Bank Credit Card giving you trouble. Please feel free to call the TD Credit Card department 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
Additionally, if you're enrolled in Online Banking, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have yet not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
