We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a transfer, William. We'd be glad to help.
One of the most common problems when transferring funds is that the transfers are not being accepted when you type with non-numeric keys.
For example, if you are trying to transfer $1000.00, please be sure to only type 1000.00 not 1,000.00. In other words, please do not include any commas when entering in the amount you would like to transfer.
