We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble, and before we begin, we notice that you're writing into us today from London, ON. As you mentioned that you are attempting to connect your Mint account to your EasyWeb, it sounds as though you may be referring to your TD Canada Trust account.
Please know that, currently, you are speaking with TD Bank, partners of TD Canada Trust in the United States. While we both share the same TD shield, we are different entities, and because of this we unfortunately do not have access to your account information with TD Canada Trust. So that we may better assist you, we'd like to recommend that you connect with them directly.
