I am trying to create an account to do on-line banking, but my name will not be accepted.

From your message, it sounds as though you're trying to create your User Name and our site isn't accepting your choice. We'd like to let you know that your TD Bank Online Banking user name should have at least 6 letters and/or numbers, and must contain at least one of each.
