Based on your question, it sounds as though this trouble could be caused by a browser issue. We'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that our webpage www.tdbank.com is compatible with the newest versions of most popular browsers. If you're not using the most up to date browser, we recommend installing the latest version and please also ensure that it is accepting cookies.
We also recommend disabling any plugins or themes and restoring your browser to default settings as this should correct this error.
This may also be caused by your browser's pop up blocking feature as a window is displayed when selecting "Log Out" asking for your confirmation.
We'd also like to mention that Online Banking has a security feature built in that will automatically log you our after 10 minutes of inactivity.
