When I go on my online account it is stating it is locked but request I enter my card number and exp date and three digits.
Is this the bank or someone trying to hack my account? I am working in Louisiana and this just started.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this, Melissa.
We can confirm that if you get locked out of TD Bank Online Banking, we will not ask for your card information. We will only ask for your username and the last 4 digits of your social security number.
If you've visited a site that appears to be TD Bank but asks for your debit card number, expiration date, and CVC code, it is definitely not a legitimate TD Bank website. When logging into online banking, always visit us here: https://go.td.com/SMUhhl.
If you have entered any of your card information into the false website, we'll need to take steps to secure your account; the first of which may be to close your debit card. We understand that you may need it while in Louisiana, so please know that steps can be taken to get a new one out to you right away. Please give us a call as soon as you can at 888-751-9000. We have representatives available around the clock that can help.
We hope this info helps, Melissa. Take care.
