Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Helen.
It sounds like you are vacation planning, and we are happy to help!
You'll be happy to know that if you are referring to our TD Connect card, you can withdraw local currency using your TD Connect Card at international ATMs accepting Visa cards. To reduce the risk that your card will be declined, be sure you withdraw less than the maximum ATM limit ($3,000/week) to cover conversion rates and ATM surcharge fees.
To learn more about the TD Connect Card, please visit https://go.td.com/1Iftukf.
If you have further questions, feel free to check out our Frequently Asked Questions page found here: https://go.td.com/1AHFwek, or our TD Connect Card account guide here: https://go.td.com/1EhaagM. You are also able to call our TD Connect Card Specialists directly by dialing 888-568-1730 or visit a TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
