I need to be able to index my canadian student loan to a "canadian" bank which I can have a brick and mortar access in the US. Is TD able to do this for me?

Thanks for joining us here at TD helps Andie. We appreciate your consideration of banking with TD Bank and would be happy to help.
Although TD Bank US is affiliated with TD Canada Trust, they are separate institutions, and we apologize but you would not have the option to bank in the US with your TD Canada Trust account or vice versa.
However, you will be able to have an account at either bank, or both banks, which may allow you to make the payments you need.
Since we're unable to tell from your question if you're located in Canada or the US at this time, we'll be happy to provide options for both scenarios.
If you are a Canadian citizen or resident, you'll be able to open an account with TD Bank US either online or over the phone. If you choose to open an account with us, we encourage you to check out the different accounts that we currently offer. Click here: http://bit.ly/Wczmq0 for a list of Checking accounts and here: http://bit.ly/1l6nLQ7 for Savings accounts. You can get a personalized checking account recommendation by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU and here you can find a personalized savings account recommendation.: http://bit.ly/1vW1DvM.
Once you find an account that suits you and your banking needs, you're welcome to call our Cross Border Banking Team at 877-700-2913, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for assistance in opening the account by phone. Or for the option to open your account online, please click here: http://bit.ly/1ishIab to begin an application for an account with TD Bank in the US.
As you mentioned you have a student loan in Canada, TD Cross-Border Banking can help you manage your banking needs and access convenient services. Plus, you get free access to more than 4,700 TD ATMs in the U.S. and Canada. With this feature you can get no-fee wire transfers of up to $100,000 daily between your Canadian and US based TD accounts over the phone, view your US and Canadian based TD accounts online through EasyWeb, and more. Please visit http://bit.ly/1ienPN4 for more information about our TD Cross-Border Banking products and services.
On the other hand, if you're a US citizen or resident in need of a TD Canada Trust Account, please visit a TD Canada Trust Store if you'll be visiting there. Check out their branch locations here: http://bit.ly/IrZaYo.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
