I have a scheduled date where 100 dollars will be withdrawing out of my td account and placed into my fidelity account

First of all, please be assured that your account will not be assessed fees if you have sufficient funds in your account to cover all your payments. Also, you may even overdraw your account by up to $5 per day without being charged a fee. If your negative balance exceeds $5 at the end of the day, we will charge you for each transaction that overdraws your account, up to 5 overdraft fees per day.
