Hey Gladys, glad to see you on TD Helps today! We most certainly understand wanting access to your account via online and we'll be happy to provide some information for you.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you have already enrolled for Online Banking but are unable to log in because you do not remember your password, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password. Select the account type and input your User Name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you experience any difficulties enrolling for Online Banking or if you are signed up already but have forgotten your Online Banking information, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562. If you are unable to contact us via telephone, you can always visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please let us know if you have any questions and have a good one, Gladys!
