A new TD Bank Visa Debit or ATM Card will be issued automatically approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the expiration date. Please note that it is mailed to the current address on file. Your new TD Debit Card should arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
If you have not received your new card yet, or have had an address change and the card has already expired, we ask that you call our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so that we can send you a new one. You may also visit your local TD Bank Store where you can receive one immediately. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find hours and locations near you.
Another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled to Online Banking first. If you are not enrolled to Online Banking yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s). Once you are logged in, you will then select the "Customer Service" tab after you log in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message." If you need assistance with your Online Banking, please call us at 800-493-7562, available 24/7.
