I'm under 18 and will need a parent to open a student checking account, but I wanted to know if they have access to my account.

Thank you for writing into TD Helps, Alanna! We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
Because you are under the age of 18, you may open a joint checking with an adult by visiting any TD Bank Store. Please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a TD Store near you. When you visit the Store, please make sure to bring a valid form of identification such as a State License, State ID or Passport. Since you are under the age of 18 and is considered a minor, acceptable forms of identification for minors include; School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US Birth Certificate or Social Security Card. Please note, all signers listed on the account will have full access to the account.
You mentioned that you are interested in a Student Checking Account, to qualify for a TD Student Checking account; you must be an active full time student and provide proof of enrollment through a Student ID or a tuition payment receipt and age 24 or under. To learn more about our Student Checking account, which includes no monthly maintenance fee or minimum daily balance, please visit http://bit.ly/S8Vejp. Once you have a TD Student Checking Account then you can also qualify for a TD Simple Savings Account with no monthly maintenance fee when linked to your Student Checking Account. For a personalized recommendation, you may check for our Savings Account Selector: http://bit.ly/1hQscMj or check here for a list of Savings Account TD Bank offers: http://bit.ly/1o4wfc4.
We hope you find this helpful, Alanna! Let us know if you have any questions and have a great day!
