I went to my local TD bank today to activate my dormant savings account by making a transfer. I now want to withdraw money from my savings account, but the ATM still states that the transaction cannot be completed. Once the transfer I had the TD bank employee complete is no longer "pending," will I be able to access this account?

Good morning, Paige. Thanks for connecting with us.
Generally speaking, you may return your savings account to an active status by making a deposit or withdrawal at your nearest TD Bank Store. If you have already done so and are still unable to make the withdrawal, we will need to review your account together with you. Please understand that we would like to assist you here; unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
To best assist you with your inquiry, please feel free to call our 24/7 Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your account status with you. Also, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq.
If you wish to visit us in person, please stop by and see us at any of your local TD Bank Store. For a list of the Store locations, hours and telephone numbers, please visit here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Let us know if you have any other questions, Paige. Have a nice day!
