Here at TD Helps we're very happy to have you join us, James!
A new TD Bank Visa Debit or ATM Card will be issued automatically approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the expiration date. Please note that it is mailed to the current address on file. Your wife's new TD Debit Card should arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
If your wife have not received a new card yet, or has had an address change and the card has already expired, we ask that your wife call our Customer Service Line 24/7 at 888-751-9000 so that we can send your wife a new one. Your wife may also visit your local TD Bank Store where she can receive one immediately. Take a look here: https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find hours and locations nearby.
Another way to contact us is by sending a secured message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, your wife will need to be enrolled to Online Banking first. If she is not enrolled to Online Banking yet, she can do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. She will need her Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, her account number, and her e-mail address. Once she has successfully enrolled, she will have immediate access to her account(s). Once she is logged in, she will then select the "Customer Service" tab after she logs in. Beneath the section entitled "Message Center" select "Send a Message."
Thanks for visiting us and have a wonderful day!
