My town does not receive mail delivery, we are required to have a P.O. Box. I have tried entering my street address on the application but it will not accept it. This is probably because it is being verified through the postal service and since we do receive mail delivery, the address will not be recognized. Every other bank allows customers to bypass this type of verification and enter their address. What can I do about this?

Hi Richard. Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps today.
We're sorry to hear that you've been having difficulty opening your account online. We can confirm that our online account opening system may be verifying street addresses against the U.S. Postal System. If your address is not registered with the U.S. Postal Service it could be the reason our system is not accepting it.
But don't worry! We'd be happy to open your account for you by phone or in any of our Stores. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop in to see us at any of our Stores. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to check out all the accounts were currently offering to find the best fit for you. We even offer an account selector tool that will take into consideration how intend to use the account to help find the perfect account for you. You can find that by clicking here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E.
