I work for an agency - 501c3 that is appointed the Representative Payee for approximately 30 Individuals. We have had a collective savings account but need to separate to Individual accounts but we need to be assured we can order checks and a DEBIT card for the account in order to be able to pay the individuals bills and purchase the items needed. Does TD Bank issue debit cards for Representative Payee accounts if the Representative Payee appointed by Social Security is an organization/business??

Thank you for reaching out to us today, Heather. Great question!
We're glad to hear that you're interested in setting up your Rep Payee accounts with us!
With Rep Payee accounts, debit cards and check are typically offered. This applies to both personal and non-person rep payees. However, if this is something you'll need to utilize the account, we'd be glad to see if we can accommodate. We recommend contacting a Store in your area to see what can be arranged. As rules and regulations can sometimes differ between states, our Store Reps can be the very best source of information for our products and services. You can find contact info and locations for any of our Stores by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here, give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or visit us at one of our Stores.
