Great question, Ramir! We'll be glad to provide some information for you regarding using your debit card in the Philippines.
You'll be pleased to know that you can use your TD Bank Visa debit card anywhere Visa is accepted. However, fees may apply when you use a Non-TD ATM and the owner of the ATM may charge additional fees as well. For more information on the Fee Schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. Also, we invite you to review page 45 of our Deposit Account Agreement at http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ for more information about exchange rates for purchases. Please also refer to that link (pg. 44 – 45) for information on any respective withdrawal limits that apply.
Please note, for your protection, TD Bank continually monitors your debit card activity, and we may decline any irregular TD debit card or ATM transaction that is attempted. We encourage you to give a Representative a call at 888-751-9000 24/7 so that we may note this on your account for you. You'll want to provide us with the dates and any other locations you'll be visiting when you call, so that your card will continue working as expected.
If you need to contact us while on your travels, you may contact us from outside the United States at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The US country code is 1-011.

We hope this helps and enjoy your trip, Ramir! Take care.
