i have send 3 payments in USD from my German Bank account via wire transfer to a account at TD Bank.
The Problem now is 1 payment arrived in USD (it is correct) and 2 payments arrived in CAD (it is wrong).
So totally the receiver missed round about 200 USD.
Where is the problem? Unfortunately, the receiver of the funds makes no contact with them, therefore I have to do.
By conversion into CAD now missing about 200 US dollars.
If I transfer the money in USD, then it must be booked with them also in USD!
I have all the information lie with me incl. The SWIFT document of my bank.
