Hello, I am living in London, UK, and am trying to send a wire transfer from my UK HSBC account to my Canadian TD account. I set myself up as the recipient on hsbcs online banking website, and the information was automatically filled out for me, I just had to input the home branch and the account number. I don't recall it asking for me to fill out a routing number or IBAN as it filled that info for me automatically. I sent money on Wednesday and the funds have not yet been received in my canadian account. Is it unusual for it to take this long?? If there is in fact a problem how would I go about resolving a failed transfer. Thanks in advance.
