I need to wire transfer money from our TD account to an account in another bank (amount is too large for Send Money). Where can I get the form to initiate a wire?

Good morning, Lisbeth.
We appreciate you coming to TD Helps today for assistance with your wire transfer. We'll be more than happy to provide you with all the information you may need!
We'd first like to mention that when looking to initiate a wire transfer, domestic or international; we ask that you visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. Our Representatives are available to help during lobby hours, and you're welcome to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest location, as well as their hours and contact information.
When you're ready to visit a TD Store location, the information that you'll need to provide to the Customer Service Representative assisting you can vary depending on if you're performing an international wire transfer, or domestic.
To send a domestic wire transfer, you will need the name, address, and ABA routing number of the receiving bank, as well as the name of the account to be credited, the beneficiary address, and the account number.
When sending an international wire transfer, you'll need to provide a little bit more information:
· The full name, address (including city, state/province), country, and account number of the person/business (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number) you are sending money to
· The full name, address (including city, state/province), and country of the financial institution receiving the funds
Additionally, we'd also like to recommend reaching out to the other financial institution to determine if any additional information is required. It's also important to keep in mind that there may be fees associated when sending a wire transfer. To learn more, we'd like to invite you to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg to review our Fee Schedule.
We hope this information was helpful, Lisbeth, and we look forward to assist you with your wire transfer soon!
Take care, and have an amazing Wednesday!
