Thanks for getting in touch with us today, RJ!
First, we'd like to let you know that if you have a personal account with us and you're using our retail Online Banking, we apologize that wires cannot be sent using this feature. In order to send a wire transfer, we invite you to visit us at any TD Bank Store.
To send a domestic or international wire, you must request the wiring instructions from the financial institution to which you are sending the funds. You can also review additional information on sending international wires at http://bit.ly/1oowsYN. You can then stop in at any of our Stores to complete this and feel free to take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your nearest TD Bank location.
Please also keep in mind that wire transfer fees may apply. For our current Fee Schedule please see here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. We would also recommend checking with the other financial institution to obtain information regarding any additional fees for their services.
If you are one of our Small Business Customers and you're using BusinessDirect Online to log in to your accounts, there are many features you can take advantage of. One specific feature is the ability to send domestic wire transfers online as an optional add-on service. Kindly note that international wires cannot be sent via BusinessDirect and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For more information, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1bEQmZW.
To send a wire transfer via your BusinessDirect Online Banking, you must first be enrolled. If you have not enrolled and have a business ATM/Visa Debit Card, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6.
Here are a few things to remember when enrolling:
-Only primary business owners or authorized signers who have access to all accounts for the business may complete the initial enrollment in BusinessDirect.
- Your ATM or Debit Card number is required to enroll online. Please visit your nearest TD Bank to enroll if you do not have an ATM or debit card.
- Please use the company name exactly as listed on your TD Bank account.
- Upon successful enrollment, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you supply. Please note, this may take up to two business days. Please be sure to check your Spam folder if you do not see this in your Inbox.
If you do not receive the email confirmation, please see Customer Service at your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. If you have any questions regarding BusinessDirect, feel free to contact us at 800-493-7562, to speak with our Tech Support Specialists who are available 24/7.
Once you're able to access your business account via BusinessDirect, please select the "Wire" tab and fill out the necessary fields to initiate a domestic wire transfer. Once done, please select "Submit." Within two business days you will receive a phone call to verify your wire enrollment. If you miss the call, please stop into your nearest TD Bank location for further assistance.
Kindly note that if you'll need to send international wires online, this feature is offered via our eTreasury Online platform for commercial accounts, and you're welcome to review our Treasury Management Services at http://bit.ly/1p7oaBi. For additional information on this service, you may also complete the form at: http://bit.ly/YNfvzs and a Treasury Management Services representative will respond no later than the following business day, or they can be reached at 888-388-0408 during normal business hours. For a connection, feel free to use our international telephone numbers as listed below.
We hope this helps answer your question, RJ. Let us know how else we can help and take care.
