Hey Irina, we are happy you were able to visit us at TD Helps. We would be glad to help!
You may request to close your current TD Debit Card and request a new card by sending us a secure message via your TD Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. You may also give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. After account verification they wll be able to help you enroll for Online Banking.
Once you're successfully enrolled and logged in, to send a secure message please select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the post office.
There are other options available for this request and we are happy to provide those options to you. You may call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to cancel your current Debit Card and order a new one. After account verification, the Customer Service Representative will place an order for a new card that will be sent to the mailing address on your account. Your new Debit Card will arrive within 7-10 business days, in a plain white envelope for security precautions. Please note, longer delays may occur depending on your post office.
We also want to add that you can visit any TD Store during lobby hours and our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to help. You'll even leave with your new card the same day! For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To obtain a new card that is linked to a business account, you can send us a secure message via your Online Banking or you can also stop by a TD Store for further assistance.
Hope this helps Irina. Have a great day!
