I am a joint account holder with TD Bank, and find myself in a situation where a withdrawal has to be made promptly by the other signee without me being present. I am perfectly okay with this withdrawal, but am hundreds of miles away from the other account holder. Are there provisions that can be made for this transaction to happen?
