We can take a look at the specific transactions and provide you any info about the merchant that was provided. It looks like they included a contact phone number with the transaction. We recommend that you also reach out to the phone number provided for additional information about what these charges were for.

You may also send us a request via secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
If you find that these were unauthorized transactions, we can close your debit card to prevent further charges and file Regulation E disputes to attempt to recover lost funds. Disputes can be filed by phone at the number above or by visiting us at one of our Stores.
