Great question, Robert and thanks for joining us tonight. We'll be glad to respond.
The business date on which your deposit was made will be the date that is reflected on your statement. For example, a deposit made on Wednesday will reflect that day's business date on your statement, as long as it is a standard business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. Please note that a deposit made on a non-business day, such as a Saturday, will reflect the next business day's date (usually Monday's date).
Please also keep in mind that funds may not be fully available for withdrawal on the date of deposit. Usually, when you deposit a check with a Teller, the first $100 should be made available immediately. The rest of the funds are generally credited to your account on the following business day.
Exceptions can also occur which can cause delays in funds availability, including new accounts and larger check deposits. We invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Hope this answers your question and best of luck to you in the New Year, Robert!
