Welcome to TD Helps, Yael. We'd be happy to help!
If you and your husband both need to cancel and reissue your current Debit Cards, you may contact us and cancel both however, you would only be able to reorder a card for yourself for security reasons. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
We recommend contacting our 24/7 Customer Service to speak with a Representative so they may close the cards in question and reissue your card. You may do so by dialing 888-751-9000. Our Representatives will issue a card and have it mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive depending on your post office.
You also have the option of sending us a secure message via your TD Bank Online Banking. To do this, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling, please call us 24/7 by using the number mentioned above to speak with our Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, to send secure messages please select the "Customer Service" tad and under "Message Center" please click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select the "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request. You will receive your new TD ATM/Visa Debit card in the mail and it may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the post office.
Finally, you have the option of visiting a TD Store during lobby hours to close and reissue your Debit Card. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If this is in regards to your TD Credit Card, you can contact TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to request new cards for both yourself and your husband.
We hope this helps, Yael and have a good day.
