Hi Therese, thanks for connecting with us through TD Helps. We'd be glad to assist with your statement information.
A great way to review your statement (and your entire account) is through your Online Banking Profile If you have personal TD accounts and are signed up for our Retail online banking, please check here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once in, choose the account you wish to view and you'll instantly be taken to the Account History page. Here, you can chose to view "All Available History" from the "Show Transactions From" option and this will allow you to view up to the past 60 days of your account activity. If you're looking for information longer than 60 days ago, you can click on the green "Statements" tab on the top. You can view the past 4 years of your statements in PDF format to print or save for your records. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
Also, if you're having any trouble finding the information on your account history or statements, you could send us a Secure Message through the 'Message Center' on the left side after you've logged into your profile. Just include the information for which statement you are looking for and a Banking Specialist will respond back within 24-48 hours and be able to have the statement mailed to your address on file with us.
If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, you can enroll your account here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY (or here for BusinessDirect: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6). Just have your Account Number, TD Bank VISA Debit Card Number, and Social Security Number/Tax I.D. Number (TIN) available when you do.
Another way to request a statement copy is to step into a TD Bank Store during lobby hours and speak with a Banking Specialist there. You can find the nearest Store here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Together we can review your account activity and your past statements. And if you need, we can order a copy of the statement(s) you are looking for so that you can come back and pick it up at a later date.
If the above options aren't available to you, you can always reach out to a Banking Specialist by phone at 888-751-9000. We're available 24/7 and, after authenticating your account, we would be happy review your records with you. We can review your account activity and if you need copies of anything for your records, we can have it mailed out to you at the address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
In case you're looking for a copy of your credit card statement, then you can also view that online by signing in here: http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. If you've haven't yet enrolled your card, you can do that directly through this link: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. We encourage you to reach out to a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861 if you need any assistance with this. If your inquiry is about a loan product, please contact a Banking Specialist in our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020. Or again, you could always stop by a TD Bank Store location to request a copy of any previous statement.
We hope these options help Therese. If you need anything else, you know where to reach us – have a great afternoon!
