I would like to know whether your bank is offering a joint personal checking account with online "bill pay" where it is possible to make a "bill pay" payment that exceeds the account balance? If the "bill pay" payment exceeded the account balance, the difference between the "bill pay" payment and the account balance would be added to a credit card balance.
I am from New York.

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps this evening.
When creating a bill payment through tdbank.com, if the amount of the bill payment exceeds the available balance, it could result in either the bill being returned and/or overdraft fees. To view our current fee schedule please check out: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
While we do not currently allow you to use a credit card to cover an overdraft, we do offer services for overdraft protection. Take a look here: http://bit.ly/1lx9Xko for more information.
If you'd like to speak with a Bill Pay Specialist please contact us 24/7 at 800-493-7262, option 3 or you may visit a TD Store for further information. For a listing of our locations please check out our Store locator here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions. Have a great night.
