I currently have a joint 50 plus account with my mom. Due to fraudulent charges made to my account i am being forced to close that account. When inquiring about opening another 52 plus accounts to have my direct deposit i was told it was recently changed. Is that correct? Can there be an exemption. I have been so inconvenienced. All my little monies gone until an investigation.

At TD Bank, we offer many different types of Checking accounts. The TD Bank 50 Plus Checking account is a grandfathered product which we no longer offer. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
With that being said, we invite you to review the many different types of Checking and Savings accounts we offer with different benefits. To view and compare our Checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd or use our Checking selector tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a Checking account that is the best fit for you.
Once you've decided on the account(s) you'd like to open, you can open the account via online, telephone or at any TD Bank location during lobby hours once you decide on the account type that best suits your needs. To open the account via online, click on the "Open Account" button below the account you choose and fill in the required fields. You can open an account via telephone 24/7 by calling our Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can open the account for you.
