Hi Pete, thanks for reaching out to us with your question. We're glad to answer questions about your Credit Card Rewards.
Both our TD Cash Rewards Credit Card and TD Easy Rewards Credit Card offer a cash rewards option. If you are the primary account owner, you can redeem your cash rewards for a statement credit any time once you've earned at least $25.00. Once redeemed, this will be applied to your current outstanding balance. Please note – the redemption of your Cash Rewards is not a payment method and cannot be used in place of the minimum payment amount due.
To redeem your cash rewards, you may contact a Specialist at TD Card Services, 24/7 at 888-561-8861. For more information about the Terms & Conditions of the TD Cash Rewards Visa Credit Card please review the details here: http://bit.ly/1nGyrbA.
For an overview of the TD Cash Rewards Credit Card, we invite you to take a look at http://bit.ly/1AiXPd7 for a list of features it has to offer. For additional rewards information and to redeem available rewards for our TD Easy Rewards Credit Card, you may also contact our Credit Card Rewards line at 877-745-5040 or visit http://bit.ly/1xkImKw. For either card, you can enroll your card online to view and track your available rewards here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef.
You may also visit any TD Bank Store location during lobby hours as well to discuss your rewards. Please look here http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store near you.
Hope this helps Pete. Have a great night!

It would be nice if we could redeem the rewards online instead of having to call or visit a location.

Great question, Gary and we appreciate you joining our conversation here.
You can certainly redeem your cash rewards via online banking from here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. Once you're logged on, you should see the Redeem Points option on the first screen underneath Awards Summary. Once you click on Redeem Points link, it should take you to the page where you can browse awards categories, including Cash Back.
If you have not yet enrolled, please feel free to sign up from here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef and if you encounter any issues with enrollment, please connect with a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running.
We hope we have answered your question, Gary. Have a great day!

Good afternoon, Stuart and thanks for joining in on the conversation today.
If you were hoping to obtain the balance in your Credit Card, this can be done by calling to speak with a Credit Card Specialists at 888-561-8861, 24/7, or by logging in here: http://bit.ly/28LTtn1. If you haven't yet enrolled, that's okay, as you can start the enrollment process here: http://bit.ly/28IBsq6. To complete the enrollment process, you will need your account number, your Social Security number, date of birth, zip code, and the security code on the back of your card.
In the event that you have a personal deposit account, such as a Checking or a Savings, and you wish to obtain the balance on that account, there are a couple ways in which you may do so. The first would be to log into your Personal Online Banking, which can be done by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, don't worry! You can start the process here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you've logged into your Online Banking, you will be viewing all of your accounts, and can locate your current, available balance towards the right hand side of your screen under the 'Available Balance' section. You can locate other balances here too, such as your Credit Card.
You also have the options of checking your balance right from your smartphone by using your TD Bank Mobile App! If you haven't yet downloaded the mobile app, feel free to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/1hOPk1H for more information. Once you have logged into your Mobile App, you will have immediate access to all your accounts, and can view your available balances towards the right hand side of your screen.
In addition to using your Online Banking, TD Bank also offers a Bank by Phone service, which allows you to call and retrieve information, such as your balance. To take advantage of this service, you may simply call 800-YES-2000 (800-937-2000).
If you'd rather speak with a real person, we understand, and are here for you 24/7. Banking Specialists can be reached at 1-888-751-9000, and are always happy to help. You're also welcome to visit a TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Stuart. Have a great weekend!
