Hello, June! We're glad to see you on TD Helps today.
You'll be able to view any deposits made to your account in the past 60 days via TD Bank Online. If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking service, you're welcome to log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After doing so, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. Then, select from the following drop-down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. For deposits made to your account prior to the most recent 60 days, you also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on the Statements tab.
Please note that via Online Banking, the amount and date of your deposit will be displayed. We apologize; however, at this time, the images of any checks deposited cannot be viewed there.
To obtain a copy deposited items, you're welcome to request these with any TD Bank Representative. To have copies sent to you via mail, we're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, Or, feel free to request the copies via Secured Message from within your Online Banking account. You're welcome to log in at the link provided above, and then use the Send a Message link after clicking the Customer Service tab. Or, if you'd like to have the copies right away, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find one of our Stores nearby you. Please note that fees may apply for this service; see our Fee Schedule at http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (under "Copies") for more information.
We hope this is helpful, June and thanks again for stopping by. Have a great day!
