Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Joan. We'd be happy to review ways to view your statements.
You may request a copy of your statement or the check you mentioned many ways. One of the easiest ways to view your statements and checks is to log in to your Online Banking. This option allows you to print your statements from the comfort of your own home! If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lqyp6r. You will need your account number, ATM/VISA Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the enrollment. If you have any trouble enrolling or would like assistance, you may contact our 24/7 Digital Banking Specialists by dialing 800-493-7562. You may also enroll during lobby hours at your local TD Store.
Once you log in or complete the enrollment, you will then be able to select the account in which you wrote the check against. You will then be taken to your most recent account history. By selecting the link "Power Search" located on the right hand side of the page, you will be given the option to search for checks by number or amount. Also under "Account History" you can choose to "Show Transactions from" "All Available History" (located in the drop down box) this option will only show the check once it has been processed and paid out of your account. If that check cleared your account within that timeframe, you will be able to view the image of the check by clicking the hyperlink created and shown as the check number. You will then be able to view the date you filled in when writing the check out, as opposed to when it actually cleared your account. This page also includes the "Statements" tab. By selecting this tab, you will be able to review all of your statement history. To request a copy of the check in question you may send us a secure message while you're logged in to Online Banking. To send a secure message, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. Please select "General Customer Service" from the drop down box. Please fill in the necessary fields with details of your request.
Another way to request a copy of your statement or a specific check is to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and speaking to our Customer Service Representatives. They can request that your statement copy or the check be mailed to the address that we have on file. Keep in mind that this can take up to 7-10 business days depending on your post office. You may also visit your local TD Store to review your statement and the check. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Finally, you can send us a written authorization request via fax to 856-533-1138. Attention: Fulfillment. Please include the following: Your name as shown on your account, your account number, details of your statements cycle dates or the details of the check in question, and your signature. Depending on the type of statements copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information about any fees that may be applied for these services, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Joan and have a good day.
