Hi, my name is Younji. I opened up an account here at TD bank last night via your website and transferred 1,000 dollars from my account at Citibank. I closed my Citibank account today. I checked the balance of my TD bank account and it says I deposited $100, not a $ 1,000. I can't check my Citibank history because I closed it. Could you please check if something went wrong? Thank you.

Thanks so much for opening a new account with us, Younji! We appreciate you choosing us and it's our pleasure help.
To determine what may have happened here, we'd recommend giving us a call. We're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and we'll be able to let you know more at that time. Please accept our apologies that we can't review your account here, as TD Helps is an unsecured forum.
Generally, keep in mind that most new account transfers will take 2-3 business days for completion. The full amount of a transfer would not usually be available for withdrawal on the day after account opening. If you happened to have made a teller deposit at one of our Stores, also keep in mind that our deposit availability policy will provide you the first $100.00 from your deposit available right away, and the remaining funds available on a later date.
Please note that as a new account holder, since your account has not yet been open for 30 consecutive days, check deposits can be held for up to 7 business days for verification purposes. To review this in more detail and because there may be other exceptions that can cause delays in funds availability, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
You can also stop in and visit us at any TD Bank Store nearby you should you like help with your account. Feel free to find a listing of our Stores at this link: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this information helps, Younji and don't hesitate to stop by again with any questions. Have a great week.
