How do I get a copy of a cancelled check? I want a refund and the company wants a cancelled check.

There's several ways to get a copy of a cancelled check and we'd be happy to give you all of your options!
If you need the check copy right away, you can stop in to see us at any local TD Bank Store and we'd be glad to print a copy for you at no cost. To find one near you, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If this check cleared your account in the last 60 days, the check image should still be accessible in your account history online. You should be able to pull up the image of the check and print it right from home. To do this, simply log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the account from which the check was paid and click the 'Account History' tab. Select 'All Available History' from the drop down menu. Once you’ve found the check you should be able to click on the check and print an image of it. Finally, we can order the check for you and have it mailed to your address on file. To do this, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secure message through your online or mobile banking. You can also send us your request by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
