Good afternoon, Benny and we're happy to have you reach out to us on TD Helps.
If you're trying to view your TD Bank (personal) loan, you may do so via Online Banking. If you already have Online Banking, you may request to add the TD Bank loan to be viewed alongside your other accounts. If you're not already enrolled with Online Banking and have an ATM/Debit Card you’re your Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose "Personal" from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you only have this TD Bank loan with us or do not have an ATM/Visa debit card, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance.
If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, we recommend contacting a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to assist you.
Hope this helps and have a nice Tuesday.
