I bougth a sofa from Ikea and gave back the item. Normally they have to refund my money on my account. I send e-mail them to ask refund. they told me they refund my money 1/16/15 to my TD bank account but when check my account history i could't see the payment and then i send my account history screen shot but they said that we confirmed the payment and talk your bank. Could you help me about this issue.

Welcome to TD Helps, Sibel. We are sorry to hear about your experience with your merchant refund and would be glad to help provide some useful information.
If you have previously made a purchase using your TD Visa Debit Card and later returned your purchase, your refund should be returned to the Debit Card you used on the original purchase. When you return items to the store, the refund can typically take 3-5 business days.
If you have yet to see the refund back to your account we do recommend contacting Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, a Representative will be able to review the account with you and provide options on how to proceed.
