If you are enrolled in online banking, you have access to your previous statements. . If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account, select the account where the check was drawn upon and select statement history.
You may also contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at the telephone number listed above to obtain a copy of this check by mail. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to mail a copy of this check to your home address. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.

We'd also like to note that if your check was processed electronically, via ACH, the check image is not available and the check was destroyed. We recommend contacting the payee to verify if the check was processed electronically.
