Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Rongqing.
If you have scheduled this transaction directly with Navient, either via the phone or on their website, you will need to refer to your statement as the proof of payment.
The easiest way to obtain your statements will be setting up Online Banking and getting them online. If you are already enrolled for on-line banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements” tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking specialists who are available 24/7. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the similar steps to obtain your statements.
If you have used our online Bill Pay service to initiate this transaction, we recommend reaching out to our Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 to determine if a copy of electronic transmittal is available for this payment. Also, if you are enrolled for online banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. After logging on to your TD Bank online profile. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center".
