I have a checking account with TD Bank, and would like to open a savings account. Can I do this online, or must I go into a branch?

Once you have decided the type of the Savings account you wish to open, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1fN7u4i and it will take you directly to the account opening application. As you prefer to open your new Savings accounts online, you'll need the following: Your Social Security number and one of the followings: Driver's license, State ID, or Passport.
You may also feel free to call us directly 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 with any questions you may have and set up your new Savings account via telephone. Additionally, you also have the option of visiting us at your local TD Store, during lobby hours to set up your new Savings account.
