Thanks for visiting TD Helps, Scott and welcome to the TD family! We're happy to have you and hope you're doing well.
As you mentioned that you're out of the country at this time, since you don't have your account information handy we ask that you give us a call and we'll be glad to help you establish your online banking account. We apologize that you won't be able to use our online self-service enrollment without this information. From outside the United States, you can contact us via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you have a TD Bank Visa Debit card for your account and you intend to use it while out of the country, we'd also recommend that you provide your travel dates and destinations to the Representative during your call, to avoid any card acceptance issues while you're away.
And once your online banking account is up and running, you'll be happy to learn that if you plan to be remain outside the States you can opt to contact us later using our Secured Messaging system, which is available via your TD Bank online account. Once you have access and you have logged in, to do so you'll find the Customer Service tab, and then click the Send a Message link to correspond with a Banking Specialist. They'll be able to assist you with any questions or concerns about your account.
We hope this is helpful, Scott and let us know how else we can help! Have a great one.
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
