Thank you for joining us on TD Helps. We'd be happy to help.
Minimum balance requirements as well as monthly maintenance fees are subject to change. If ever TD plans on updating these requirements, we will notify you in advance via standard mail. Though we do not have any news to share at this time, you are more than welcome to view our Personal Account Agreement for details on our accounts and how they work found here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. You are also able to view our Personal Fee Schedule found here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We also invite you to take a look at our account types so you may review their current requirements. If you have a personal Checking account with us, you can review a comparison of them here: http://bit.ly/1aDaRqd. Or, if you currently have a personal Savings account with us, you can review it here: http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9. If you have a business Checking account with us, we invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1lWgAhe for information about the Small Business accounts we offer. Once you are on this page, you may click on "Compare Accounts" and then locate the account type you currently have. Underneath the account name, please click on "View Account Guide"; it will take you to the page where you can find our current Fee Schedule for this particular product type.
If you have any further questions in regards to the specifics of your account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, please call us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
We've also noticed that you are writing to us from Canada. If this is in regards to your TD Canada Trust account, we recommend taking a look here: http://bit.ly/1NEWHXO. The Representatives on the Canadian TD Helps Team has answered a question similar to yours that you may find helpful. If this is not the case, feel free to submit your own question by following the link. If you would like to speak to a Representative directly, feel free to visit their "Contact Us" page found here: http://bit.ly/1woOVay.
We hope this helps and have a great evening.
